Stage Information

Semi Thrust Stage
Proscenium Opening: Width: 26’ 8” Height: 25’
Plaster line to edge of thrust: 13’ 10”
Plaster line to back wall: 21’ 6”
(Total stage depth: 35’ 4”)
Stage Left Wing: 14’ 8”
Stage Right Wing: 10’ 5”

There is a permanent Cyclorama wall that curves on stage right only.
There is no orchestra pit.
The stage floor is hardwood, covered in tempered masonite that is painted black.
There is no loading dock. The stage is on the second floor.
All set pieces must be carried up stairs to a landing.
The door to stage is 4’ 7” x 6’ 7” and is 3’ above the landing.

Rigging and Soft Goods

There is no fly system. All drape travels.

All Items listed are rigged from “W-style” I-beams that run perpendicular to the proscenium opening.
Main Curtain with Teaser is hung at a height of 16’6”.
There is a motorized front projection roll down screen. It is 18” from the plaster line. The screen is 21 feet wide and fills the vertical distance of the proscenium opening. (approximately 16’)
There are three dead hung 1 1/2” Schedule 40 pipe battens available for use:

The three teasers are 20 oz., flat black velour. These are hung at a height of approximately 17’.
The two black travelers are constructed of 20 oz., 50% fullness black velour.
The first traveler is 6’ upstage of plaster line, the second is 16’2” upstage of plaster line.

System is able to feed audio to dressing rooms and green room.

Lighting

Hanging Positions:

Two coves one left and one right, each with 18-20 amp twist lock circuits.
Each cove has 11-10˚ Source IV lighting instruments, 4 -10˚ Strand Spotlights and three 8x13 ellipsoidal spot lights.
Angle approximately 50˚.
Two Box Booms far left and far right, each with 3-20 amp twist lock circuits.
Each Box Boom has six 6x16 (two lights per circuit) lighting instruments.
Side light for thrust. Angle approximately 30˚.
A balcony rail is available, it runs the entire length of the balcony. The balcony rail has 12-20 amp twist lock circuits, each cicuit has two inputs. Extremely flat angle to stage, approximately 10˚.
Dome position has 5-20 amp twist lock circuits and six hanging positions with six 6x22 ellipsoidal instruments. Extremely steep angle to stage. Very limited focus ability.

Three electrics:
All Electrics are on motorized winches for accessibility.
First electric is 3’ 6” upstage of plaster line, has 22-20 amp twist lock circuits.
Second electric is 8’ 3” upstage of plaster line, has 20-20 amp twist lock circuits.
Third Electric is 17’ upstage of plaster line and has 12-20 amp twist lock circuits.
There are 8-16’ schedule 40 1 1/2” threaded pipes and bases that can be used as lighting trees.


Dressing Rooms/Green Room

There are two dressing rooms directly behind the stage. THERE ARE NO PRINCIPAL/STAR DRESSING ROOMS.
Men's Dressing Room: Accommodates 13, each with a lighted mirror. There is one shower.
Women's Dressing Room: Accommodates 11, each with a lighted mirror. There is one shower.
There is one Green Room directly across from the dressing rooms.
In the Green room there are lockable storage closets available for use upon request.
This room can also be used as another dressing room for larger casts.
