Welcome!

Welcome to the Notre Dame Right to Life webpage. We seek to promote and uphold the sanctity of all human life from conception until natural death through prayer, service, and education, and to help women in crisis pregnancies find alternatives to abortion through service and support, in the spirit of the Catholic Church. Please feel free to have a look around and learn about the many events and activities we offer.

Prayers Needed

Please oppose bill Illinois House Bill 5615 with your prayers and actions. This bill would:
  • Kill all restrictions on abortion in the state, including parental notification and the partial birth abortion ban.
  • Force pro-life health care professionals to cooperate in abortion by making abortion referrals.
  • Mandate "comprehensive" sex-ed programs.
  • Require taxpayers to fund abortions through medicaid.
  • Keep abortion 100% legal in Illinois if Roe v. Wade is ever overturned in the Supreme Court.
If you are from Illinois, please consider contacting your representative. (Source: Students for Life of Illinois mailing.)
